FIRHI

2022

GLOBAL

This concept was initially created for the OMS World Bank in Saudi Arabia to help tackle the issue of high unemployment rates among native students who'd miss out on job opportunities to foreign applicants due to their lack of skills.
This mentoring scheme was set to not only level the playing field, but also limit the reliance on nepotism as a means of career progression .
