Shoot Planning tasks came with preparing shoot moodboards with scouted venues, proposed furniture, colour schemes and model headshots for meetings with the Creative team and Brands.

Shoot Planning

A great editorial product shoot is a story told through the product. What I learned from being on sets was that preparation goes beyond basic catalog imagery to evoke a specific mood, aspiration or lifestyle. Success hinges on a cohesive vision that unites a strong concept, meticulous art direction and expert lighting to highlight texture and form. Every element from the model's expression and curated props to the final retouching served the narrative, transforming a product into a compelling piece of visual desire.

Run of Site Banners, Flat-Lays & Retouching

Creating weekly site banners for various leading brands brands, minor retouching of post-edit campaign photos as well as organising flat-lays with partnering studios came as a part of the role.

Online Editorial & Promotional Content 

The creation of Weekly Bespoke features required constant liaison between various departments involved in its production. Occasional last minute edits were still met with the same high standard checks for a consistent sense of familiarity.

Promotional Video Campaign Content

Smaller responsibilities such as minor colour grading, the addition of titles, adjustments to audio and the creation of Social Media tiles came with the role, while the creation of storyboards, filming and storytelling for each Promotional Video Campaigns was overseen by the Art Director who worked directly with the Video Production Studio and their crew.
